John did a fantastic job in helping us out with an emergency issue on a busy bank holiday weekend. Prompt, professional and would highly recommend John for his services!

Fast reply to initial enquiry and arranged call out the next morning. Arrived on time investigated and found and explained the problem, had to order part but made door safe in the meantime. Part ordered and fitted successfully at agreed date and time. Cannot fault service and would definitely use again.

He explained to me the issue of the lock on my door and open it . Thus he showed me that will need to carry a key always

Back door was locked shut called John and 4 hours later he arrived opened the door and replaced the gearbox. He was friendly and polite throughout and the speed of the service great. I know who to call if I need a locksmith again and will tell friends and family if they need one too. Thanks again
