John turned up promptly and fitted new lock quickly and efficiently - also serviced 2 other locks whilst here - Great job will definitely use again

John was brilliant, he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone that he then reduced price when he saw the lock on the day, so I never felt I was being ripped off at all. He also gave this lock to me with 5 keys when I was originally quoted 2. Not only that but John fitted another lock chain at request on the day for a reasonable price again. He also lubricated the door and fixed the handle as well. He gave advice brilliant advice to a first time buyer which I really appreciated, he was polite, professional and lovely. Would 100% recommend John. Thank you!!

Quick response and reasonably priced work

John was on time and completed the job in great time. He was friendly/polite and tidied up after his work. I would highly recommend.

I called John out initially to fix a broken side access garage door handle. This job subsequently morphed into a larger job fixing the lock and metal framework to a broken back gate. John was a top man and went above and beyond to fix both problems. John is very responsive, polite and professional, I’d have no hesitation to contact John again. Thanks John.

John came over in short notice to come repair my front door gear box which had failed. He was incredibly helpful on the phone consultation before hand and agreed to see what was wrong before quoting me the repair price. He was on time, very friendly and we had a great chat while he was here. He was very informative to what had broken, which was exactly what he said on the phone, and incredibly skilled when it came to the actual repair. Overall, a wonderful service and I highly recommend John for any lock/door related issues!
