Excellent work, prompt and efficient

Great comms. Special part arrived early and was fitted a day earlier. Fantastic attitude and attention to detail. All left working well clean and tidy. Strong recommendation.

John was quick to respond to my emergency and arrived within the hour and temporarily repaired the back door lock till he had ordered a part and came the next day to adapt it to the old door . He also mended the front door lock. He charged what he quoted and was extremely tidy , efficient and a complete professional and I would highly recommend him . Thankyou

John was fantastic - he arrived when he said he would, was able to assess the problem and offered different solutions. He communicated what he was doing and answered all my questions. After our front door lock failed, we hired John from Lockfit to fit a new multi point lock strip, new cylinders and new handles. John contacted me very quickly after I reached out for a quote and was able to come and look over the issue in person to provide a quote. The job was very reasonably priced and he was able to schedule the job at very short notice, to limit disruption on our side. Work was completed to a high standard, he worked through a couple of unforeseen problems and left the place tidy once finished. Great stuff.
