We were stranded outside. Jay was with us in minutes and we were inside quickly. He gave us options but we knew the lock needed replacing and he did the work there and then in no time at all. Was great value and exceptional service. Would use again for sure.

Jay was absolutely brilliant. I rang him this morning because the lock on my front door had jammed. He came out at the time I requested and did an excellent job of replacing all the necessary parts. I am so relieved to feel safe and secure again. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
