Great service, offered great advice on the right locks. Would use again!

We had a problem with our upvc door, as the lock had gone out of alignment. I called Paul and he arranged to come next day after checking that we could secure the entrance in the meantime. He got straight to work when he arrived, and fixed the problem. He explained what had caused it, and how he'd fixed it. Hexwas courtrous and friendly throughout. Very pleased with the service and would use again.

Paul responded to a call on Saturday and attended the house on Bank holiday Monday. He had all the necessary parts on his van and fitted new locks and door handles straightaway. Excellent service and fair price would definitely recommend.
