Really pleased with the service. After my initial enquiry, Paul came out the next day to take a look, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained clearly what was needed. He ordered the parts straight away and returned a couple of days later to fit the new mechanism. The garage door is now working perfectly, and he even fixed another door handle while he was here. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced — would definitely recommend!

We had a problem with our upvc door, as the lock had gone out of alignment. I called Paul and he arranged to come next day after checking that we could secure the entrance in the meantime. He got straight to work when he arrived, and fixed the problem. He explained what had caused it, and how he'd fixed it. Hexwas courtrous and friendly throughout. Very pleased with the service and would use again.
