  Called out on an emergency after locking ourselves out. Jacob was there in 15 minutes, got straight to it and got us in the house. Changed the lock and tidied up. Thank you very much!

  Jacob was quick to attend within 20 minutes when the lock on our front door broke on us. He fit a temporary lock and then was quick to fit a new one for us within a couple of days. Thanks Jacob!

  Front and back doors locks were changed
