  He made a provisional time and kept me updated with arrival time. Once at car, 10 min job to reprogram car/ key and now back working. Truly relieved. Clear explanation and polite.

  This guy is something else. When others quote me 300-400 pounds to open my door, Alex was at my door within 15 minutes and his price was more than fair, he opened the door within couple of minutes without damaging the lock. Definitely recommend him, thank you Alex
