Whenever we get some work done we just expect the work to be done, we pay them and they get on with their day. I think I’ve seen a new light when Bogdan was kind enough to fit us in his busy schedule and made realise how kind people can actually be. Our front door lock broke coming home in the evening. I contacted LockFit and Bogdan arrived within half an hour as he said he would. He was extremely professional, friendly and honest. He told me he could fix the lock and it didn't need replacing, which obviously saved me some money. The job was done promptly and Bogdan even made the lock more secure.
