Rang me back promptly, even though he was on holiday, arranged to come when it suited me, arrived on time, fixed the problem and gave me advice on replacing the locks without charging. A top bloke!

We needed a repair on my mother in law’s UPVC door which had become difficult to lock. Selected Matt from Checkatrade. He responded to WhatsApp within minutes and offered a visit that day. We agreed an appointment the next day and Matt arrived as promised. He tried his best to repair, but concluded a new gearbox and lock were required. He returned on the promised day and fitted - lock now working perfectly. My mother has dementia, which we made Matt aware of. He treated her with great care and helped put spare keys in the right places. He kept me in the loop by phone and WhatsApp. Brilliant

I had an issue with my door locking. Turns out it was a very easy fix. I got a call back on the day of my request and was given advice over the phone. Locksmith attended an hour later and fixed the issue in 5 minutes and showed me what needed to be done if it happened again. Very speedy service, great communication and advice. Very grateful for the service and will be using again in the future! Thank you very much!
