Anis was amazing this afternoon, he arrived super quickly and was extremely calming in a very stressful situation, he dealt with the matter effectively with no damage, would definitely recommend! Life saver 😊

Anis came out on an emergency late evening due to a key stuck in lock. He came really quickly, updated on estimate time of arrival. Great knowledge and found root cause and fixed. Reasonable, professional and really friendly. Definitely call Anis next time I have a lock issue. Thanks

I would like to start by just saying a big thank you to anis. I called with no hope but straight away he reassured me and said I’ll be there right away. He was also honest from the start no hidden costs at all. He arrived to us so fast exactly the time he said. Honestly what a lovely person just so polite and so helpful. Our door was a big job and he soldiered through it with a smile on his face. I’m forever grateful there’s still honest and lovely people in this industry. I would recommend to all without hesitation and I will be using him again.
