I felt compelled to write a review despite not using Anis in the end! He was very professional, detailed and swift with his response. Anis gave me clear details on what needed to be fixed and an immediate quote. He asked for a video to be able to quote effectively. It's only because the manufacturer of my specialist patio doors belatedly responded that I didn't use Anis. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
