Anis did a brilliant job unlocking and replacing the entire upvc door locking mechanism! He patiently explained every stage of the procedure and answered all of my questions intelligently and honestly. I truly appreciated that Anis handled the job himself from my initial enquiry to its successful end. I highly recommend Anis!!!

The job was tricky, and took a couple of attempts, but they left doors secure and area clean and tidy and went above and beyond to get the problem sorted. Happy with results

Absolute 5 star service, I locked myself out of my house so I called LockFit for thier help, the customer advisor was great, she told me Anis would get to me within 25-30 mins, I got a update call within 10 mins and Anis was here 20 mins later. When Anis got to my house he immediately put my mind at rest and assured me that he would get me back indoors asap, he worked tirelessly and quickly to get me in trying everything to avoid drilling the lock on my brand new front door. I was back in my home well within an hour, of course Anis didn't have to drill the lock, great job.

Couldn’t have picked a better locksmith. Very communicative, easy to contact, uses WhatsApp chat which is really useful, super quick to change our locks on our first home. He also ordered us special parts and came back on his own time to fit them and ensure our home was the safest it could be. Would definitely recommend and will use again!
