    Broken door lock repair *emergency*

    What can I say! My score should be enough but what a service! After a weekend away, we returned home on a Sunday evening and our door wouldn’t lock! It had completely failed! Pav was here within an hour of us calling and had it repaired so quickly. Great communication from our first phone conversation right to when he arrived and explained the fault. HIGHLY recommended!

    Pav was excellent with diagnosing the problem with the door after I'd tried fixing it myself. He explained what needed doing and checked the back door and gave advice and explanation on how best to look after them year round. Would highly recommend.

    Unlocking shed and greenhouse as keys lost

    Pav worked really hard and carefully on two external locks that had been exposed to the elements. The first was open relatively quickly, the second took a great deal of persuasion. The door was not the most robust but the care taken so as to not do any damage was really appreciated. Also appreciated was the reuse of the existing handles to keep costs down.
