Gino was really helpful and had great communication about the job. Really quick at sorting out the lock and had good knowledge about the locks. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with the service we received this evening. Gino came to the hotel very quickly and sorted and replaced the lock on one of our hotel rooms during a busy Saturday night. Our guests were very thankful and didn't have to wait long at all. He was very helpful and is returning on Monday/Tuesday to finish off the rest of the work.

Gino was prompt and helpful in his communications from our initial inquiry. Once we moved in he came and installed new locks (some of which he had to order). His advice was helpful and he tidied up after himself.

Had a desperate need for a broken front door lock to be repaired or replaced. Contacted Gino Coen from Lock Fit Bournemouth/Poole. He was absolutely brilliant and sorted out my difficulty with minimum fuss. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Prompt service on a Sunday. Very knowledgeable and great workmanship. Quick to work and cleaned up afterwards, would highly recommend.
