    Perfect service - thank you

    Cedric was great. I called him just before 7pm after locking myself out the house. He arrived within 35 minutes and was able to get me in within 5 minutes. Really great customer service, nice guy. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you for saving my evening Cedric.

    Honestly 5 Star experience from start to finish. Within minutes of creating the job I had received a call taking me though exactly how to resolve my issue and a time booked to do the work. He arrived and instantly solved my problem of my locks not locking the back double doors. He went and got the part needed and fitted it. He took the time to explain what and why he was doing what he was doing and made me feel confident in the solution. Payment was easy and completely reasonable which was refreshing. I will use this company again. 5 stars.
