Tony was fantastic, I had an internal door slam shut and the internal mechanism break On Easter Sunday. Not only was Tony quick to respond and get to us (15 mins from putting down the phone) but the work carried out was quick and completely non-destructive - a very different experience to alternative 'locksmiths' I have used.

Arrived within hour and a half of initial call to door not locking properly and lock handle jammed,also kept me informed while he was on the way. Stripped mechanisms and replaced parts as required and explained why. Very friendly locksmith and very reasonable price. Excellent service woud definitely recommend and use again.
