Joe came over at short notice to fix a door mechanism I'd tried - and spectacularly failed - to fix myself. He was incredibly polite, professional, and managed to fix the mechanism rather than going for an expensive replacement. Exemplary service, and I'd recommend to anyone. Thanks so much!

Joe was brilliant came out today 26 July 2025 to sort my door out because Stephen came out on 25 July 2025 did his best not! What Joe did today put it alright. I would recommend Lockfit and recommend Joe.

Arrived as told. Joe explained the issue and what was needed clearly.

Stuck outside house when wind blew door shut with the snib locking the latch bolt in the locked position so that key would not unlock the door. Locksmith arrived promptly within half an hour on a Friday evening. Prioritised non-destructive solutions and managed to flick the snib using specialist tools so that no damage caused to lock or door. Friendly and professional and explained actions. Reasonable charge. Would recommend.

Phoned to get a quote which was very reasonable. I asked when the work could be done. Came same day. Texted to say they were on their way. The person who arrived was friendly and polite. Carried out the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned the area once done. Would highly recommended them did an excellent job!!
