  Replacing my front door lock

  Front door lock not functioning as it should. The door had to be locked with the key inside and out.

  The engineer was punctual and kept me informed of the problem and how he could fix it. Very professional and courteous. We are really happy to have our lock working properly as it did when new.

  Alex responded to my enquiry immediately and was able to come on the same day. Problem solved quickly and efficiently, he was very professional and had a very nice manner, even when I found the missing keys, whilst he was there!

  Alex was amazing! Turned up in 30mins and got us in very quickly too - much much cheaper than we thought it would be late at night! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable too. He made a very stressful situation surprisingly unstressful! Thank you Alex.
