Ken from Lockfit was great, he came to view the job promptly and gave me a fixed quote. He returned the same day to do the job. Ken was excellent he responded straight away and fixed a date and time the next day to give me a free fixed quote. He dismantle the lock and then informed me that it was not the lock that was faulty but handle. He replaced the handle and tided up afterwards.Verified reviewerJob location: SN5
