Called on Wednesday and came out first thing Friday morning to replace two lock barrels for me, would have come same day if needed but wasn’t urgent. Would highly recommend

Hans was excellent very good service all round

When we realised we had a problem with one of locks I didn't hesitate to contact Hans. He was very responsive, advised us on what the issue was and our options, and was flexible to arrange fitting of a new lock around our availability. We ended up getting a second lock done at the same time because of the good service and quality of workmanship.

Had trouble with our door handle/lock for a couple of days. Called Hans for service at 9pm as we were nearly locked in the house. He turned up in 15mins, just in time as we could no longer open the door for him. Sorted the problem in a couple of minutes, now our door is smooth and can now be easily locked/unlocked. He accepts card payment as well which was brilliant because we didnt need to get out to get cash. Five stars, Will recommend.

Had lock issues on front door and was happy to replace the barrel myself. This did not solve the problem & the door was left insecure. Contacted Hans after reading reviews. His response was excellent & immediately reassuring that I had made a good choice. He was with us within 2hrs. Hands clearly explained the problem. He secured the door for us & ordered a part. I was contacted the next day and with a time to return and fit the new part. Hands was on time & completed the job at the quoted price. Nothing short of EXCELLENT.
