We were unable to lock our back door as it was jammed. I called Dale (Lockfit) and he. arrived within a few hours. The lock required a new gearbox which he didn't have with him due to its unusual size. He fitted a 'midnight' lock to keep us secure while he ordered the part, and then returned a few days later to fit the new gearbox. Job done efficiently and Dale kept us informed at all stages and was friendly and polite. Would thoroughly recommend Dale (Lockfit) for your lock repairs.

After carefully selecting Lockfit via an internet search I was extremely satisfied by the service provided and would highly recommend. Dale was able to visit the house in the afternoon on the same day I contacted him; and kept in regular contact to let me know exactly what time he would be able to come. Once here, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the lock without needing new parts, and left without even charging for his time. It’s so refreshing to find a tradesman like Dale who is genuinely interested in providing good customer service rather than ripping people off.

I needed my locks changed urgently, Dale came out the same day and provided an excellent service. Speedy fitting and very professional work.

Arrived promptly and fitted the new night latch in good time. The work was to a high standard and they charged the agreed price. Very happy overall.

Dale communicated well, sent me some pricing options for different locks, turned up in time and changed the locks efficiently. he explained what he was doing as he went along, and pointed out some problems. very pleased with the workmanship and will be getting more work done by him.
