quick response. Gave a clear time. Professional van and no call out fee. Came in listened to my problem did his own assessment and explained the fault to me. had the mechanism to hand and fixed it right then and there. Good quote compared to what I had seen online, didn't need to shop around. Great guy , meticulous work. Showed me what went wrong with thew door. Also adjusted it as he noticed another fault causing the draft id been scratching my head over all winter.

I contacted Neil to explain the problem and agree a time for him to visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a few components to repair the lock. He did a very tidy job and charged a very fair price. Would highly recommend.
