10 Lock replacement after stolen bag

Daughter's bag was stolen with keys and address paperwork inside. Called Lockfast and Raymond came out in around 40 mins and had the lock fully changed in about 10mins. Was in a slight panic when a set of flat keys had been lost late at night, and quickly tried to find a solution. Raymond replied to my request within minutes and despite it being after half 10 at night, travelled to my flat to help with no issue.
