From making the enquiry on checkatrade, Richard made quick contact and called round the following day to fix our door at a fair price and to a very good standard. All sorted within 24 hours and would recommend and use again.

Richard was brilliant, gave me time for arrival but got here earlier than expected. My door was totally jammed and the mechanism had broke internally. He fixed it promptly and gave me cost straight away. Very efficient and lovely man. 100% recommend.

Thought we had a broken handle, but a previous handyman informed it was the mechanism inside that needed replacing. So we contacted Locked Solid and they came out quickly (within 48 hours of job posting) and completed the replacement quickly. Very happy with the work and would use again if needed.

Richard communicated promptly with me after I sent him pictures of the issue I was having with our front which was catching with the frame whilst also being difficult to close. The door had previously been fitted poorly and adjusted to the max. Richard confirmed new hinges could be fitted in slightly different positions on the frame to resolve the alignment issue and provided a cost for this before proceeding. He came the following day to carry out the work and we couldn’t be happier as the door now closes exactly as it should without any issue.
