Richard was brilliant, professional, worked quickly and and cleaned up after himself. It has been really hard finding someone to fix the hinges on our window and Richard was the only reliable tradesman who got back to us and actually turned up! He was even willing to email us rather than insisting on phone calls (unlike a lot of other tradesmen). I have issues with speech, auditory processing and memory retention and my partner works antisocial hours, it's a nightmare trying to find tradespeople who can accommodate for us not being able to talk/book over the phone. Richard stepped up!
