Very polite and professional gentleman

I had a problem with a window that was completely locked shut, and Ashley from LockedOut Solutions Ltd came to fix it. He arrived promptly, opened the window quickly and effortlessly, and replaced the old mechanism with a brand-new one. Now the window works perfectly again! Ashley was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The whole job was done efficiently and to a very high standard.
