Luke was friendly, professional and really helpful. Our lock was narrow so he had to source an alternative replacement. The only increase in charge was to cover the more expensive lock even though he had to come out twice. If we have any future lock problems we’ll be giving him a call.

Failed window mechanism

I requested Luke's help to fix our living room window that wouldn't open. He came the same day and diagnosed the issue before arrival. He arrived exactly on time and persevered with a very stubborn window!! He was polite, professional and triple checked that everything was clean and working before leaving.
