Contacted due issues with boiler, came out following day. (Sat) We decided to opt for new boiler - ordered on Monday and fitted by Mark & Mick today. Gave options as to boiler choice and price. I have just had a full central heating system installed from scratch by Mark, Michael and Nathan from Loch Lomond Plumbing and Heating. It involved supplying and fitting the boiler, underfloor pipes and radiators. A written quote was given so I knew what was being provided and the cost. The communication from the company before and during the work was excellent, they kept me informed of progress. For after care they have told me not to hesitate to contact them as they will continue to support me with my new heating system. I will definitely use them again.
