Arrived on time and discussed what needed to be done. Located best place to site the new aerial. Checked signal strength from Midhurst and Heathfield transmitters (we're halfway between them). Confirmed that Midhurst was sti the best transmitter and erected the new aerial and passed the cable into the loft to conect to the existing aerial distribution unit. Retuned the main TV to check everything OK . They were polite, efficient and left us with a better TV signal than we had before. No problems since the install (we were getting picture breakup under high pressure weather systems before).

Malcolm and his colleague were helpful and pleasant. They arrived on time. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it in the same visit, explaining what they were going to do and what the cost would be. They understood the importance of fixing the current equipment which is quite old, due to my father having dementia and not being able to learn to use a new system. Would definitely use them again and can highly recommend.

Technicians arrived ahead of time explained what they proposed to fit and gave a verbal quote. The job was completed promptly and neatly. Excellent reception resulting in a clear non-pixilating picture. All parts of the old installation were removed from site.

We are halfway between 2 transmitters and they verified that the one we were already pointing at was still the best for signal strength and quality. They installed new TV aerial on long pole to raise it above bushes and trees on boundary, aligned it for best signal and quality and connected it into the existing distribution box in the loft. Retuned TV to pickup any recent changes to Freeview multiplexes. They were polite, friendly and tidy and worked efficiently.
