Very poor experience. The company tries to cut as many corners as they can get away with. There is no quality or care in what they do. We had done 2 velux windows which didn't close due to incorrect installation, leaking flashing after John promising that unfinished pointing won't affect it and this is normal. Constant excuses how hard is for them to install simple roof insulation. Each discussion ends up with him trying to convince you that his cutting corners is a standard practice and this is best quality which is a joke.

Our chimney needed repaired due to a large crack. John came out straight away to look at what needed to be done, he explained in detail what the job would entail, the chimney had to be rebuilt due to the bricks separating, he gave us a quote within the hour which we were very pleased with as we had other companies come out but we felt more comfortable with John and his quote was better suited to our needs. Within a week then scaffolding was up and our chimney was repaired. We would definitely be in contact with John again in the future for any roofing needs.

John and his team did a great job from start to finish; started out by coming out and giving me a no pressure quote. After we arranged a date, his team became available slightly earlier and we were able to get the job completed sooner than I had expected! I was away for work and I appreciated that John kept me up-to-date during the whole process even if I couldn’t take calls. Very happy the final finish - 10/10 would recommend to others.

Arrived exactly when they said they would, did a good job and sorted other problems that occurred on the way without any hassle. Good communication all the time, felt looked after.

This company kept me updated and I am very happy with their service, needed some roof tiles fixed following a storm and they got it sorted, no hassle at all. Definitely recommend them.

John and his team carried out a complex dry ridge tile renewal on my house and garage. The work, for a fixed price quote was completed promptly, efficiently, tidily and to the highest standards by staff clearly taking pride in their work. The end result far exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend the work of this company to any potential customers.
