  EXTERNAL REDECORATION, NEW GUTTERING AND NEW ROOF

  Joe left a Your Local Maintenance Team card through my door so I contacted the company about my leaky guttering which they gave me a quote for. Then they suggested I needed the walls Sandtexing and then they thought it would be a good idea if I had a new roof as it really needed replacing (in a 90 year old house.) All was done very quickly and efficiently and in a friendly way. All the work was completed within about two weeks.

  We had ridge tiles on large roof and double garage all cleaned, resited and pointed, moss all removed, gutters cleaned inside and out, all carried out professionally. They kept us informed about progress daily, very conscientious workers, kept site all clean at the end of each day. Very reliable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

  Secured a facia board and loose tiles.

  Responded very quickly to the job request. Came round next day and did a video of work done on my roof. Also bought to my attention other storm damage I couldn’t see. Gave a good quote if I wanted it done. Very friendly, quick and efficient. I will be using again and would highly recommend! 10/10 !
