    excellent and knowledgeable locksmith

    would highly recommend Rob - he was able to come to the house very quickly to help fix our door. he was able to retrieve the broken part of the key and then he also fixed the underlying problem with the door so hopefully won't happen again. he was very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced - would highly recommend.

    Loft lock opened and new lock fitted

    Rob has been to help me once before just over a year ago and his service is just as wonderful as I remember it! He showed up when he said he would, polite, respectful and got the job done with ease. The lock of our roof hatch wad locked and there was no key available so Rob came and got the lock opened and fitted it with a new lock and key. Thanks again for reliability and service. I would recommend Rob to anyone.

    Excellent locksmith

    I didn’t know a locksmith to call after snapping my key in the front door barrel, so I rang Rob, and he arrived promptly. He is one of the nicest gentleman I have met. He explained exactly what he was doing on the job and diagnosed the problem after retrieving the broken key from the barrel. Not only that, he showed me how to rectify the problem so it won’t happen again. I wouldn’t hesitate to ring Rob if I had another issue and would certainly recommend him to others.

    window handle / window

    we had a window handle fitted, when we moved in there wasnt a handle and the window was stuck open, rob came round and fixed it all for us, such a great person and great prices
