    Sliding door lock repair

    Rob was helpful and informative throughout. He came out to us a couple of times and resolved the issue efficiently and cost effectively. Rob aimed to keep costs low for us where possible without having an impact on the quality of service. Rob is clearly very customer focused and even came out late at night to secure our property. I will definitely contact him again in the future should I require his services

    New locking mechanism

    Rob called me as soon as I sent the enquiry through check a trade and came out the following day to check the job. Rob ordered the parts and they were fitted today. I cannot recommend him enough, he was honest and trustworthy, his work was outstanding and he talked me through everything he had done today.

    Window lock fixing

    Rob responded to my search to fix a bedroom window lock. This was Monday 21st April. An appointment was made for today (23rd April) for him to take a look and see what needed to be done. Thinking it would take a further visit to get it sorted he told me he could do it straight away. He explained what needed doing and if the plan changed slightly I was always informed. Iā€™m really pleased with the outcome and the cost to fix was well within reason. Would most definitely recommend

    Neighbour lost garage keys

    As soon as I asked on checkatrade Rob contacted me immediately. He called round and chatted to my neighbour and arranged to come back with a new handle and lock. Literally the next day my neighbour found his keys! I contacted Rob and he was very understanding not even charging him for coming round. I would highly recommend Rob.

    Rob realigned my upvc door and also moved my back gate up and fixed my latch and attached a bolt

    Rob is such a lovely ,reliable ,hardworking tradesman , he answers messages as soon as he can and is there when he says he will be,hes a tody worker and thorough !.This is the second time I've used him and I'll definitely be keeping his number and passing on his info ,he goes above and beyond everytime ,i can't sing his praises enough ,thank you again Rob ,I really appreciate your precise work and the fact your such a lovely man šŸ˜Š

    door lock issue

    Rob was fantastic from 1st point of contact to completing the job! Excellent value for money, very particular in fixing the issue and explained clearly the issue, providing a running cost and solving the issue! Highly recommend!!
