Removing my oven i required a qualified trades person to disconnect the Gas and Cap it off safely as i plan to buy an electric only oven going forward. Mohammed arrived within the time he had stated. Was very polite and did exactly as i asked for, charging the price we had agreed. I had never used this site and didnt known anyone who could do this for me. But im so glad i did! Highly reccomend This Company.

Mohammed has been outstanding. Very quick to contact and kept me fully appraised on the work he was doing. Communication is always clear and explained in easy to understand manner. Professional and polite, his work ethic is excellent. I needed a qualified gas engineer, but Mohammed goes beyond that and ensures the job is completed to a high standard. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to employ his services again.

We recently had our gas boiler serviced by this company and the experience was appalling. The engineer's attitude was dismissive and rude throughout, showing zero professionalism or basic courtesy. What made it worse was that my wife is pregnant, and his pushy, aggressive manner caused her unnecessary stress during what should have been a straightforward appointment. When we raised concerns, he simply didn't care. We've used various tradespeople over the years and this was by far the worst customer service we've ever experienced.
