Highly recommended. Explained about types of boiler and systems, gave a complete quote with a breakdown of services and kept in touch regularly. Other boiler quotes didn't get back to me or give me any detail about boilers. Kristian was very polite and knowledgable and completed the work to a high standard - I was expecting to find some mess but there wasn't any. A genuinely brilliant service from a highly conscientious and polite man. Kristian explained everything he was doing along the way and was incredibly patient with my lack of knowledge. He went through all the readings with me at the end and explained what each one meant. Kristian did a very good job servicing and repairing my boiler. He explained everything thoroughly as the work was going on, was friendly, punctual and very tidy.
