They did about half what they were paid to do. Nothing was done properly, had to rip out what they left as it was terrible/embarrassing. We had to finish the work ourselves. They are cowboys who have ripped off a newly widowed pensioner. The job is unfinished, properly left damaged, they refused to refund any money. Ashley is full of excuses. Nothing was done properly. The garden is left as a building site. These people have no tools. No skills. No transport. They never work a full day. I can't stress enough how terrible the whole experience has been. They truly don't care about anything.

1. Firstly we had 3 days to clear out overgrown front and back garden that had not been touched for 10 years
2. When it was all cleared we had to deal with it all while it was raining all 3 days at one point we had to stop a few times because the rain came down heavy we don’t work in them conditions
3. We had advised the customer on a few occasions about the ground being uneven when we was turning the ground over with our Cultivator, Rotovator And Rototiller machine and was catching broken concrete from underneath the ground there had been a drive way underneath that was broken up
