Amir presented genuine builder. he produced liability insurance and evidence of his previous works. I offered him to reinstall floor joists in the toilet and bathroom, to renovate bathroom, toilet and Kitchen. Including electrical works. Surprising I started noticing mistakes, poor quality work and electrical works not done to the standards with less involvement with electrician, poor plumbing, poor plastering, when i keep point out his poor quality of work he became argumentative, inconsistent.

This year they transformed our large garage (come junk room!) into one of the finest rooms in our home, with terrific attention to detail and excellent management of client relationships throughout. Amir is incredibly professional and always communicated clearly and respectfully. His pricing was fair and transparent, even when we decided to add extra jobs on top of the original quote. What's more, he consistently met his deadlines without any need for extensions.

Amir was very organized and delivered the materials a day before starting the job. His team members arrived 8am sharp every morning. The team worked tirelessly to remove the chimney breast and taking all the rubbish that came out of it. He completed all the work chimney breast removal, 2 stud walls skimming a ceiling and couple of walls in 3 days. Amir despite being very busy with other ongoing projects spent at least 4-6 hours supervising his team and doing some of tricky bits. Amir was really helpful post the completion of work as I had couple of unrelated questions. Highly recommended it.
