  Great service from this company. Modestas was very quick to arrive, after a brief discussion of the issue he diagnosed the problem and sorted it out. Very friendly and professional service. I would recommend and would definitely use again.

  I phoned on a weekend about my electric oven that had stopped working and a visit was scheduled and took place on the Monday morning. They phoned to give 20 minutes notice of arrival and the engineer arrived at the said time. Most efficiently, the oven was opened up and problem (circuit board and thermostat) identified very quickly. As it was an old model I had to wait until later in the day before spare parts were located - they would take 3-4 days to arrive. Parts fitted promptly - all working. Most polite and efficient all through. Great customer service

  On 16/06/25 an Engineer came to assess the problem with my dishwasher. He was rather abrupt in his manner. However he identified a problem and said that he needed to order a new hose to replace the existing hose. He said the company would phone me when the part had arrived. On 20/06/25 the company phoned me to say the part had arrived. We then agreed a time for the Engineer to come and fix the new hose to the dishwasher which was on 20/06/25 between 13.00 - 18.00 pm. The Engineer never pitched up. I have left 2 messages on their phone to phone me back. I am still waiting for a reply.
