  On 16/06/25 an Engineer came to assess the problem with my dishwasher. He was rather abrupt in his manner. However he identified a problem and said that he needed to order a new hose to replace the existing hose. He said the company would phone me when the part had arrived. On 20/06/25 the company phoned me to say the part had arrived. We then agreed a time for the Engineer to come and fix the new hose to the dishwasher which was on 20/06/25 between 13.00 - 18.00 pm. The Engineer never pitched up. I have left 2 messages on their phone to phone me back. I am still waiting for a reply.

  Washing machine kept tripping out.

  Prompt response to enquiry. The engineer called 2 days later and identified the problem. Part was ordered and replaced all in the same week. Happy with the service provided.

  Came out the next day. Was able to give me a good idea on price, and charged exactly that. Fair pricing, very fast service and very polite. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
