We booked Load and Go removals for a full load of heavy household items to be relocated to a different address. We were blown away by the service from Rafal and his team were! Communication was prompt and very polite throughout, van was spotless, every item was covered with blankets and they even had huge bags for mattresses! No damage anywhere either. When under pressure whilst moving house you just need good service, and these guys certainly provided that and more. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use again. Thanks Load and Go

Rafal and his team member were professional, courteous, and handled all our belongings with great care. Both the move-out and move-in properties were on first floors without lifts, yet they managed to manoeuvre large items through tight stairwells and doorways with impressive skill and caution. The only suggestion I’d make is for a team member to proactively reach out 24–48 hours before the move to confirm everything is on track, rather than waiting for the client to check in. Aside from that, the service was excellent and I’d happily recommend Load and Go to others!
