  Guttering

  Went on Checkatrade and was phoned by them within a few minutes .Agreed to visit in the next few days. Was given a few options and worked was carried out that day . I was shown photos of the problem before and the work after . Very pleased with the work as they are efficient and very polite . Highly recommend and thankyou for helping me out .

  I have already given a review of this company. Joe came to do some work around the facia on my property. He was efficient tidy and clean. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done. He did the job in no time and cleaned up after him. He also took care of the mess that some workers had left behind on my roof when doing work on my neighbours roof.. His work came with a guarantee that I didn’t expect but which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe ofbLMT Property Solutions.

  Review of LMT property solutions

  Joe contacted me about some work I needed doing. He came round and looked at the job identifying what needed doing. He then asked me if I would like it done there and then to which I agreed. In no time at all Joe and his coworker had done the job and repaired the soffix. He had also done a couple of other things he’d noticed. He cleaned up after he had finished. It was nice to have a friendly person to do the job. I would definitely recommend Joe for any building or maintenance work needed. .

  Excellent roof replacement

  LMT Property Solutions did a fantastic job replacing my felt, batten, tiles, fascia, soffit, and guttering. The team was punctual, efficient, and the new roof looks perfect!

  New guttering

  We requested a quote on getting our guttering replaced and the company were very quickly on quoting the job and we were very happy with the quote and they came the next day and replaced all our guttering. They were very polite very professional and cleaned up and left side. Very clean and tidy will definitely use again and recommend them.
