  First time using the app, asked for a quote as I was trying to see how much it would cost me before booking the job in as on a fixed income. Tradesman declined the job with no info on why or how much it would even cost me.

  sent me message reply to contact office no number given,and when i replied on that fact just sent a job number which i could not get any information about .very poor way of going about it.if i could have got hold of someone job could have been sorted still need machine repaired
