The problem reoccured shortly after their visit and they would not reply or recall hence the low score, all we asked was a recall if it was a different issue then fair enough but you must reply especially when you have been paid .

Lucjan is very reliable and excellent at communicating with. He was able to fix the issue in my house very swiftly. Great plumber who I am able to rely on.

We have used Lucjan a number of times when we've had a issue and he's always been excellent. This time we had a leak on our hot water tank, he was able to pop round almost straight away and fixed the issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend

Emergency call out. Arrived promptly. Extremely knowledgable and professional. All works carried out to a very high standard. Boiler and hot water working better and more efficiently than they have for last 10 years! Highly recommend this company. We will be using them for all our plumbing/boiler needs going forward!
