Professional, great service, would recommend.

My front door latch jammed and the handle stopped doing anything, this happened on Saturday evening, I posted my issue and had a response with in 2 hours, I was given a 1 hour time slot for Monday which was great, I was messaged half way through the time slot to say he was running late but was only by 30 minutes, dead on time the gentleman arrived, He had a look at my door, advised new latch, lock and handles, gave me a very reasonable quote, and fixed my door with in an hour. Very pleasant gentleman, tidied as he went, very happy with the service and would highly recommend

Turned up on time. Quoted by email same day. Then confirmed fitting date. Again turned up on time fitted windows and repaired damaged hinges plus a few extra jobs not quoted for. Cleaned windows after completion. I would highly recommend this company.

The window was fixed within the hour or arriving, explained what the issue was, what needs to be done and why this happened. Would definitely use again!

Some previously fitted windows and front door were no longer fitting tight against the weather. A quote was supplied for requested works. Quote and works completed on time, at the agreed quoted price. We are happy with the work and good communication. Would use again.
