I am writing to express my absolute disgust with the service I received. I paid extra for a 9am–1pm slot, two movers, and for items to be taken from and delivered to the first floor. The team arrived late, made my friend help load, then refused to take items upstairs at delivery. One mover rudely shouted at me over the phone, saying, “I’m not breaking my back for anyone,” and told me to do it myself. He also shouted at my elderly mother, leaving her shaken and intimidated. This was unacceptable, unprofessional, and not what I paid for. I expect this to be investigated and resolved properly.

Dennis' communication before the job was excellent, he was able to fit us in at really short notice (it was local house removal) and Dennis replied to confirm the time the day before. Dennis and the 2 lads working with him were polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble (they helped put my settee together, which was a nightmare for them). They did the job really efficiently and carefully, some of the furniture was really heavy, i was impressed at the speed at which the job was complete. The price was super competitive, great job lads, highly recommend for any removal job!

Full home removal completed by Dennis and and his team. Clear communication and time-scale setting. Team took care of all items when loading and then delivered to us when we collected the keys which was great, as we didn’t know what time we would complete. Really fair price with top quality service - perfect for home moves. 100% recommend.
