    Lee was rapid to respond to the initial query and to attend site. The work started shortly after and was completed in a timely manner. Communication was great via WhatsApp and made it very easy to share photos related to queries.

    Skimming ceilings and wall

    Responded quickly to messages, appeared precisely on time. Very friendly guys, they got to work straight away and completed the job quickly and to a great standard. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend and contract again.

    Full house re-render

    LMC were recommended to us by a friend and have been really pleased with the service from start to finish. From the initial quote, which was already competitive, we found them to be honest when advising where costs could be saved and more than reasonable when adaptations or additions were needed. The quality of the work is great and we are really happy with the end result!

    3 Repair Jobs.

    Arrived on agreed time for job viewing - Job quote was received as said - parts were delayed but kept informed and subsequently the 3 required repairs were carried out and completed. Lee is friendly and helpful showed respect throughout, talked us through what was happening and we were pleased with the end result. We would definitely use LMC again for any future works. Very good.

    Resin driveway

    Lee has recently completed a lovely resin driveway on my property. The price was competitive, he was friendly and communicated well throughout the job providing advice on patterns and shades of resin. The finished product is quality and exactly what we asked for, thank you.

LMC Renovations and Maintenance is an independent, family run business providing a variety of building services throughout Hampshire.

My story starts as a young man eager to learn a trade. Fast forward 25 years, I’m a qualified builder and plasterer, who still has the passion and enjoys the trade skills I have learned.

I now specialise in creating bespoke venetian plastering, general plastering and external K-Rend to properties. As well as continuing my love of brickwork, general building renovations and maintenance.

My mission is to support my clients in achieving their vision, be this from extending their property, renovations, or general redecoration, I am here to offer my services.

The variety of skills I have obtained over the years allows my clients to have access to a multi trade professional, with a network of various trades. I offer a friendly and personal service, whilst ensuring a high standard of workman ship.
