Checking faulty shower

Communication good. Came the next day. Mikie was on time, polite, explained everything he was doing, fixed the fault and gave advice moving forward regarding safety. Liam messaged after reviewing the visit advising on replacing shower cables for safety in the future. Will definitely use them again.
