  Lloyd Wallace installed a new sink mixer tap for me. He is efficient, friendly and easy to get along with. Most importantly, though, the man knows his job. I would definitely recommend him.

  after waiting an hour and a half I rang to see if he would show up this evening as arranged. He sounded surprised, was clearly on another job or some other preoccupation. after a long pause he said "would it be better tomorrow morning". No, it wouldn't. byeeee!
