This job involved full removal of old bathroom and complete install of new bathroom and tiling. From prompt quoting, punctual and reliable arrival, care of carpets and furniture, referrals for suppliers and plasterer and highly skilled work leading to a flawless and beautiful result - I cannot fault Mark Lloyd's skill and professionalism. Mr Lloyd was always willing to discuss options, offer advice and answer my questions. It took me ages to find the right bathroom installer and I can recommend Mr Lloyd unreservedly. I am delighted with my new bathroom and everyone is so impressed with it.

Third time we have had Mark do work for us. Can't fault his workmanship and he is a pleasure to have working in your house. Tiled the floor and removed old sanitary items and refitted with new. Recommended local suppliers who are also excellent. Happily recommend Mark to friends and family.

Full refurb, all trades organised so I did not have to and advice on where to purchase from. Came when he said he would and completed in timely manner. Happy with the workmanship and end result. A couple of niggles along the way, but Mark was happy to come and sort them out. Overall very pleased.

We had used Mark previously so we were happy to use his services again. He completed the work as per his quotation and it was to a very high standard again. Cannot fault his workmanship. Very pleased with the finish and highly recommend Mark. Mark recommended a supplier for both bathroom furniture, plastering and tiles all of which were excellent.

Mark has been brilliant since the day he turned up on time to provide a quote. He could see exactly what I was after really knows his stuff. He provided the name of his preferred supplier who were great and helped me decided what I wanted at a reasonable price. Combined, they made the process stress free. Mark is super easy to get along with and went above and beyond. He always made sure to leave everything tidy when he finished for the day. Safe to say I’m in love with my new en-suite. I want to get my main bathroom done over the next couple of years and will 100% be getting Mark to do it
