Firstly, their punctuality was impeccable; they arrived precisely on time as scheduled, which is always a great start. The time taken to complete the job was remarkably efficient – the new sockets were wired and fully functional much quicker than I anticipated, without any compromise on quality. Alfred did an excellent job which was very neat and tidy and set me up nicely for the painting and decorating I had planned for after his job. He also alerted me to a potential future issue with a realistic timeline in which it would need sorting.
