  Skimming and painting walls

  Most of the walls in our house needed skimming and Irena and Niko did an amazing job for us. Completely professional, they worked on time and were extremely tidy. Irena is great at understanding exactly what you want done and makes sure everything is protected, when they are done with the job there isn't any sign of the works that was carried out . Niko's work is top notch, everything is done to a high standard. They did such a good job we had them back again to do our kitchen walls and tiles. They are also very fair and trustworthy. Thank you again Irena and Niko.

  Plaster Dormer Loft Room

  Top Stuff. Went above and beyond to create excellent finish in a room with many angles! Left the site and access clean 'n' tidy at the end of each day. I would have them back for other jobs without hesitation.

  This is our third job done by Llanaj Property Renovations Limited and we are as delighted as the first. The work done is of an excellent standard, the care of our home during the job thoughtful and considerate. We were also very impressed with how prompt they were, the speed of work and the courtesy we received throughout the entire job.

  Llanaj Property Renovations Ltd are always prompt, efficient and achieve an excellent result. They arrive on time, are courteous, do the job extremely well and leave our home without a speck of dust in sight. We are extremely pleased with all the work they have done for us and will continue to use them whenever we have a need. Would highly recommend them.
