I had a Hypervolt charger fitted and all in all had a very positive experience. Very approachable and carried out the installation quickly. No complaints at all.

Installer showed up on time, and was polite, friendly and efficient. Explained operation of equipment well and did a good cleanup

Jason was professional, timely, completed a very thorough and skilled installation. His work was clean and to a high standard. Jason also gave me a thorough overview of the App and it's features.

Liam had been to do some work for us before- fixing a connection issue with a cooker. We were really pleased that it was Liam who came to do the EV charger. He is so polite and friendly. He is willing to explain what he will do and check it is ok. He is very tidy, fast worker and the results look good as well as working correctly. Recommended LKT and ask for Liam!

LKT Electrical got in touch promptly by e-mail following my request through Checkatrade. Customer services e-mail comms have been friendly, helpful and prompt. Quote was fair and the electrician (Jake) arrived early, was very personable and professional. He did an excellent job and left the area spotless on completion (impressively so considering he had to make some adjustments to the existing hole in the countertop for the hob) and took away the old appliances and packaging (which I was expecting to have to take to the recycling centre myself). I would highly recommend and would use the company again.

I was told scaffolding would be needed to complete this job and 2 electricians. The job was priced to cover this however when they arrived they did not need the scaffolding they said it really was a one man job . When I received the bill it had only been reduced by £90 from the original £390 quoted . They completed the job in one hour I questioned why it was costing me £300 as scaffolding was not used not erected not taken back down so surely price should be a lot less than £300 .. I was told it took 3 hour round trip to collect load and return scaffolding and I basically had to pay for that .
