We couldn’t be happier with our new driveway! From start to finish, Lee and Jamie were incredibly professional and punctual. We had Leigh to to give us a quote for a resin driveway, after seeing a couple of other properties. We were very impressed with his work. Leigh and his mate were very clean and tidy and were fascinating to watch! They made a slight slope up to the front door, my husband has Parkinson's, which makes it much easier for him to get in and out of the house safely. I contacted LK Resin out of desperation after another company botched my driveway. From the first call, they were amazing—offering advice, reassurance, and even recommending other pros to help. Despite being fully booked, they fit me in, which shows their dedication. The original work was so bad they had to start from scratch, but I’m so glad they did. The transformation is incredible. Leigh and Jamie were efficient, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. I am thrilled with the work and end result on our driveway! Leigh and Migel were polite, professional, incredibly hard working, tidy and really helpful in answering any questions I had beforehand and along the way. They competed our large driveway and side entrance in the resin of our choice with brick edging to tie in and it looks great! They widened the entrance and have given me the low maintenance, great looking driveway I hoped for! They even let my two boys have a little ride in the digger before they got stuck into their work which went down VERY well! In 2024 Leigh and his team laid a beautiful resin drive for me. From the initial consultation to the amazing end result I could not fault the calibre of the work and the care and attention to detail. My property was left spotless on completion. After only a few months the Gas company had to excavate a hole to lay new pipes to my property. They left a patch on my new drive of a different colour and soon it began to crack. I asked Leigh if he could do anything to rectify this. We are LK Resin.
We have specialized in resin bound permeable surfacing since 2012.
Before this, the owner Leigh had a very well-known Block paving company and therefore combined, LK Resin has over 40 years groundwork experience and Leigh himself has 27 years.
Leigh could see the needs were changing to a permeable, low maintenance surfacing and therefore decided to work only in resin bound.
As he has been doing resin bound since it started to become known in the UK, he has developed considerable knowledge and skills as the resin bound industry continually evolves.
LK Resin are an Approved Vuba Installer, which means they have inspected Leigh's work, know that he completes work to their specifications and that he has proven to excel in customer service both during and after the job.
Vuba are the leading resin bound supplies company in the UK, and it takes a lot of faith from Vuba to become an Approved installer rather than only registered.
We like to keep our company small, personal and local and therefore never sub-contract which gives assurance to our customers and choose only to work between Bognor Regis and Lancing.
This means if there is ever a problem, Leigh will happily travel to you to help rectify it, whatever this may be.
Leigh's number one focus is customer satisfaction, and he takes the utmost pride in his work.

Unlike pop-up companies who cease trading within a year never to be heard of again or companies that are just starting to expand their groundworks into resin bound, Leigh's local reputation as a resin bound installer has been noticed since 2012 and he will go the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy.
LK Resin will not lay resin on inappropriate bases and will only complete full installations of fully permeable sub-base, base and resin to ensure no corners are cut and increase the longevity of the surface.
