    Paint exterior of property

    LK Property Services did a great job of painting the exterior of our property which included masonry and woodwork, doors and windows etc. Their attention to detail was excellent and they prepared everything carefully, doing necessary remedial work along the way before executing really high quality paintwork. They worked hard, took care and tidied up every day. The overall result was outstanding and we were delighted.

    Replace first floor windows

    The work was carried out carefully and promptly and the property was left clean and tidy at the end of the day. All the rubbish was removed. The windows were finished beautifully and the result was excellent. We were delighted with the work and the builders were very polite and pleasant.

    Construct garden room and build new patio

    Lee and Mike did an excellent job of constructing the garden room by painting it and installing new spotlights. They then built a new garden wall and the bricklaying was super. The tiles of the new patio were of very high quality and we are delighted with our new patio. Lee and Mike are a great team and we have been impressed with their excellent workmanship.

    Roof tiling and lead valley

    This was a challenging job as Lee and Mike had to join the new roof of the garden room with the roof of the kitchen but as always, they did an excellent job. They had to build a lead valley above the kitchen roof section then join both roof pitches. They had to use different tiles that they originally planned because of the different angles of both roof pitches. Lee was very good in keeping us informed of any new developments.

    Roof Construction

    Lee and Mike built a roof for our garden room which included three Velux windows. Their timber work and tiling was of an excellent standard. We were very pleased with their work ethic.
