  Insulate and plaster bedroom walls

  After chimney removal to sort out a damp issue, the walls needed hacking off and sorting out. Lee & Michael have done a lovely job - cannot recommend them enough.

  Remove chimney stack and tile roof

  We had a damp wall that nobody we had asked could get to the bottom of and find a solution for. Lee & Michael knew what to do straight away as they have the experience and have done a great job with no hassle. So pleased we have them to call when we need work done!

  Demolish conservatory and garden structures

  Lee and Mike are building a new garden room for us. The first step was demolishing the old conservatory and some garden structures. We have been impressed with their hard work and they kept the site tidy at the end of each day. Their time keeping has been excellent and they have kept us informed on their progress.

  Replace hip and roof tiles

  I'm very satisfied with the work carried out by Lee and Mike. They are professional, punctual, tidy and (most importantly) trustworthy characters. All the work they do is of the highest standard and they appear to really enjoy their job and take care of their customers. Their repairs to my ageing and previously neglected roof have already been well tested by several winter storms and not one tile has budged. I would definitely ask for them again when I have more building/construction/renovation work to do.

  Construction of a pantry

  Lee & Michael built a ground floor pantry including digging and laying foundations, timber-frame structure and modern composite cladding. An external wall was also removed and replaced with a new double opening back door. The works were completed to a high standard and with absolutely no mess or disruption at all! Really, really impressed and would not hesitate to invite L. K. Property Services back in the future.

  Remove Chimney Stack

  I am knocking to Victorian semis into one property and the link between the two buildings was a large chimney stack with 4 flues and a tall chimney. Lee & Michael had to remove the stack from pots at the top & fireplaces on both floors. During the whole process the mess and disruption has been kept to a minimum as I am still living in the property. They tidied up before they left daily. The roof was made good after the chimney was removed & you would never know it had been there. The quality of their work is excellent, they are respectful of my property & I can't recommend them enough
