  Workmanship not up to standard

  Hired LJS, they came out and stated I needed a chemical flushing, however I am still experiencing issues after 2 attempts, the trade stated it may be an issue with the boiler. Another company came out to look at the boiler but said there was nothing wrong with the boiler. LJS is convinced it is due to the boiler having a fault. However we have received confirmation it is not to do with the boiler. Dissatisfied with the amount paid as the issue was not resolved and I now need to pay again to get it fixed properly I have had to buy an electric heater to keep us warm which is costing more money.

  hi stephen on arrival no rads was getting hot after two flushes changing of trv vales adding air vents i got all radiators heating up just the last one wouldn’t get completely hot i also spent two days and many phone calls with your self and glow work tech support i done way more then i should have on this job at much lower cost then it should have been im sorry your not satisfied with work i gave a lot more time then i charged for

  I was very impressed from the quote visit to the work being carried out. The team ensured that our carpets were protected from any work debris. They attended on time on date. The team worked late into one evening so that we wouldn’t be without heating, even though we said that they could leave the heating till the following day. When we noticed a very slow leak from one the new radiators, Luke made sure that on a day we were back from a mini break, the radiator was fixed. I would highly recommend this company.

  Luke heads a professional and enthusiastic team. Work was carried out with no fuss and no mess. I was fully consulted at every stage on progress and choices. Any unforeseen problems were dealt with promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. I am very pleased with my refitted bathroom.
