  Luke heads a professional and enthusiastic team. Work was carried out with no fuss and no mess. I was fully consulted at every stage on progress and choices. Any unforeseen problems were dealt with promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. I am very pleased with my refitted bathroom.

  Free consultation and helpful!

  Found dripping coming from the pipes in the roof. Originally thought it was the ball valve in the water tank but turned out to be a different issue. Luke was very prompt, communicative and helpful. He offered a free consultation as it wasn’t the original issue we thought it was. Really appreciate the effort he went to to help us and will be using him going forward for any plumbing issues.

  Very good communication and competitive price.

  Great from start to finish. I needed two electric showers replacing. Luke asked for some pictures, he gave me a price which I was happy with and booked in for a few days time. He kept in touch and let me know that he could come a day earlier. Once he arrived, he advised that some new pipework would be needed as one of the showers was very old. Pipework installed and both showers tested and working well. No mess to clear up and once all the works were finished. All finished in about four hours. No additions to the price. We will definitely use Luke again.

  Professional and accommodating

  Would recommend and will use again. Very responsive to communications and provided a quote a date for works very quickly. Job in question was very tricky and required a lot more work than first thought. The team stuck to their original quote and got the work done to a great standard - would recommend!
