  Jack did a brilliant job and kept us informed all the way through . Owing to the bad state of walls once appliances removed a complete retile was required

  Jack was prompt in responding and identifying the part and fitted the part within a couple of days. Jack is professional and customer friendly. Will not hesitate to call him out again if we get any more plumbing or heating problems.
