  Jack did an excellent job. He discussed everything with me and did not try to persuade me to have anything done that was unnecessary. The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely call him out for anything that needs doing. He was also very tidy and left my bathroom looking like he had never been there.

  Jack was prompt in responding and identifying the part and fitted the part within a couple of days. Jack is professional and customer friendly. Will not hesitate to call him out again if we get any more plumbing or heating problems.
