  had a wast drain fixed and the cement around it drilled and redone.

  very good communication and reasonable rate. wish the cement work had been flattened a little better or the small tree growing near the drain at least sawed to stump . Liam responded quickly however and got the job done, talking through what needed to be done and what he would do so we are happy with his work.

  Outbuilding conversion + utility changed

  After moving into our first home, one of the first projects we wanted doing was the conversion of an outbuilding into office + utility room changes. LJH (Liam) visited the property quickly and soon provided a very reasonable initial quote. He started within a couple of weeks and despite structural challenges, he kept the communication lines clear of what additional costs would be needed. Liam is an excellent builder with creative suggestions to problems and would recommend to anyone no matter how big the project. He’s also extremely personable and goes above and beyond to help.

  Detached Garage Conversion

  The work that Liam and his team undertook was completed to a very high standard. He provided us with regular ongoing updates and gave sound advice with both sensible and reasonable quotes for the additional work that was identified during the project. He followed the plans provided by the Architect and dealt with any changes to ensure the Building Control sign off was achieved with the minimum of fuss. Liam and his team were courteous and affable throughout the entire project and overall we are extremely happy with the resulting work. We would recommend to use Liam without hesitation.

  Porch renovation

  The work carried out by Liam was brilliant. We came across a problem with the original porch which he rectified and now the porch looks great! He was polite, professional and completed the work promptly. He also gave very useful advice for work I wanted to complete myself. He will now always be my first call for any job!
