  Painting and repairing the front of our house

  We received a great service from John. He was efficient and proficient in painting the front of house. He filled the cracks and repaired what he needed to. He turned up on time everyday and was a very polite and communicative tradesperson to work with. I would highly recommend John.

  New internal doors and woodwork

  L J Decorators have given us excellent service, and we are very pleased with their work. They visited promptly to give a quote, and were able to start soon after - working efficiently and always clearing up thoroughly after to leave everything clean and tidy. Some of the work was fiddly and detailed but they were friendly and helpful throughout, and made a great effort to fit in with our timetable.

  Brilliant job decorating all 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs, living room, all to top standard and even built a new bed in the box room, would recommend to anyone top work

  John was very polite and meticulous, he spent a lot of time prepping the walls due to their age which has made a huge difference to the paint finish. Would highly recommend!

  Painting most of the house

  John was a pleasure to have in our house - he was courteous, clean, efficient and did a fantastic job painting almost the entirety of our house inside. He was flexible where we needed access to particular rooms and very helpful with other random requests for help around the house while he was here. His attention to detail was exactly as you’d want from a decorator and he was gracious about touchups where we’d made marks. We are very pleased with the work he’s done for us - so much so that we’ve already booked him in for more. I would highly recommend John.

  We have been very pleased with John's work. He has given us a reliable and friendly service, arriving when he says he will, and providing helpful advice. His workmanship has been excellent - with careful attention to detail. He made an effort to minimise disturbance, working quietly and always leaving the house clean and tidy. We would gladly recommend him.
